1. You may see this error message when trying to click the “Grant Access” button under A5 Fax Configuration tab to authorize the app.
  2. This error message is being cause by a restricted user who is not able to authorize the app. You need to have an active ADMIN user type authorize the app and this user should have access to all app package components (can check these from Setup > Installed Packages > A5 Fax > View Components).
